When was Cinram founded?
Cinram was founded in Montreal in 1969 by Isidore Philosophe and Samuel Sokoloff
to manufacture pre-recorded 8-track cartridges and cassettes.
When was Cinram incorporated?
Cinram International Inc. was initially formed as Cinram Ltd./Cinram Ltée by letters patent
dated July 28, 1969 pursuant to the Canada Corporations Act. For more details about

Cinram completed its initial public offering on the Toronto Stock Exchange in March
1986. Cinram completed its conversion to an income trust structure on May 5, 2006,
and began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as Cinram International Income Fund
on May 8, 2006.

with respect to debt covenants.

Cinram’s annual meeting of unitholders is on May 12, 2008, at the Ivey ING Leadership Centre in

Yes we do. Effective January 1, 2004, Cinram adopted new recommendations by the Canadian
